Throughout March, Jane Bailey will be hosting a series of ‘drop in’ classes against the picturesque backdrop of Drumlanrig Castle. If you’re visiting Dumfries and Galloway to cycle the 7stanes, run on our forestry tracks or hike on some of Scotland’s most scenic trails, then a Yoga for Sports session could be just what you need. Looking for something more relaxing? Jane will also be running a mixed ability Vinyasa Flow yoga class on Tuesday mornings, that’s open to everyone!
