As a seasonal restaurant in Dumfries and Galloway, the BQA are ethically concerned with helping to support the local communities. Our menus are therefore focused on products that are currently in season, to ensure the dishes we create only consist of the freshest ingredients. This means we truly believe that the Buccleuch beef we serve in the restaurant is the best that money can buy.
